Where I live, it's not legal...yet.

That being said, I have tried it in a neighboring state and I have to say, if they don't make it legal soon, I'm leaving to go where it is legal. Not to mention, OK is not ok when it comes to mental health care. Twice, I've tried to check myself into a psych hospital and was turned away. If we're not last in the nation when it comes to mental health care, we're darn close to the bottom of the barrel.

I have CPTSD (anxiety, severe depressive episodes, suicidal ideation), bipolar II and ADHD - just call me alphabet soup...it's the ONLY thing that helps with ALL of my diagnoses.

I will always take prescription anti-depressants and anti-psychotics as well as go to a therapist and psychiatrist, but that doesn't mean I don't need more help than traditional methods can offer.
