I have muscle tension, joint pain, nausea and severe anxiety->panic when too concentrated on something. I put all these symptoms under anxiety umbrella. Well maybe joint pain is not anxiety related.
Im sensitive to almost everything.
I FIGHT IT by recognizing what my mind and body needs at the moment. Do I need to sit down? Move a bit? Take a walk? Do yoga? Meditate?
Other mind doings are much more complicated to sum it up in this message.
