Both Abilify and Seroquel can cause dizziness!

When I was dehydrated, Abilify made me suuuuper dizzy and off balance.

I'm currently on Seroquel XR and it does the same thing to me, but even if I'm well hydrated, I still go off balance. Though, usually by the morning I'm okay.

Did you start either Seroquel or Abilify recently? As a first step, you could try drinking more water.
