I get those same symptoms. Last year I felt line the floor was slanted to. And get out of breath or dizzy real easy. It comes and goes. It's the symptoms of Orthostatic Intolernance or Orthostatic Hypotension. I read the other day that mood stabilizers can cause those symptoms. Now that my lithium dosage is increased I have those symptoms again. This time of the year I have them more anyways. Also not enough exercise can cause it too. I've been active though so I know I have a decent amount of exercise. I also take blood pressure meds so that probably makes it worse. And I've complained to different Dr's over the years and no one has a solution.
