I am glad you talked about you too. I think we can relate to each other . I think we are probably in the same kind of emotional pain. You are a very kind and caring also . you don't deserve this . neither do I. Neither does anybody .
My anxiety is so high as well as my depression . I don't go anywhere and I let people down . I feel like a bad person .
