Did you start either Seroquel or Abilify recently? As a first step, you could try drinking more water.

I started them both last October. But I was bumped up on my abilify recently from 2.5mg to 5mg.
I'm still feeling slightly hypomanic so I'm worried the Dr will raise eother the seroquel or abilify and this hypotension will become worse. :/
