Not sure where you are located, but here in Ontario, Canada there is an employment program for youth (ages 29 and under) that are having trouble finding employment. I just completed the program myself (it was 60 hours worth of workshops that you get paid to attend), and my profile is now being submitted to job developers to match me with a job that suits my interests and qualifications. Perhaps you have something like this where you live?
