Report the pics on Facebook or whatever the site is. Tell the site they don't have permission to use the photos.
My grandfather was the same way, and his son, my uncle, posted status updates when he had dementia, about his health. My dad and I got him to stop, but I felt so bad for my grandpa cause he was very private. It was one thing to post a status like, pray for my dad, he is unwell, and another to post private details about his health status.
I understand what you're going through. Some family members don't respect the infirm person's wishes.
