I have low blood pressure due to the effects of Geodon. I have found that the severity of my low blood pressure correlated with dosage. Also, when I was on the maximum dosage and got up too quickly I would feel like I was going to pass out.

You have a very physically demanding job so the only advise I can give you is try not to get up from a kneeling position too quickly. Or, if you can, divide your doses up for the day and not taken in one fell swoop. Just a couple of suggestions.
