I echo those suggestions about seeing the school guidance counsellor but will elaborate on why and what resources they have to offer. First of all they can offer compassion, understanding, and support. If you wish they can act as an intermediary with your parents. They will also be able to refer you to a school psychologist which many school boards have. If having a family doctor is a problem I've heard of some counsellors even arranging for one. The school counsellor will have additional resources - including how to access the Kids Help Line.

And your family doctor is your next best resource.

I want to point out that you are old enough to make your own health decisions without your parents approval. So make an appointment. Your doctor may be able to help you or may choose to refer you to the next step which is a psychiatrist. Again, if you wish they can talk to your parents.
