I know the feeling: "Oh GREAT I've managed to jack things up AGAIN, go me (sarcastic voice) Isn't that just great, look at me and the mess-up I always seem to manage...GRRR!"

It's painful. Am in midst of one of those atm w/ some family members. Then I quiz myself about why on earth I need their approval anyway....and such goes the internal upset yammering in my head (and stomach) Sigh.

Hope it gets better, my friend. Sometimes we gotta just hold onto ourselves real hard till the storm eases a bit....
