Sometimes T and I will throw an angry bird piggy back and forth to help keep my mind in present. I find this fun sometimes. Other times he will say jokes or we will talk about sports or video games and something light.
Sometimes I find just talking about something light helps bring down the anxiety and then we refocus on the hard stuff or grounding if we still need to. I think it's good that it's not always super serious. T seems to know when to say something funny or light hearted and when to push for grounding.
I haven't done very many tests on PC but the few I did seemed like they were okay for the typical or more common symptoms.
