That's us. She's still looking right at us, but we're playing on the phone and therefore avoiding eye contact which makes it easier to talk about some things.
Without the phone part, it's awkward to avoid eye contact while talking, for us, because of how we were raised and also having some hearing issues. If we don't hear/understand a response, we will ask her to repeat and then look at her (to read her lips while she speaks). But she's pretty good at speaking and enunciation, so that's not a big problem.

That would make the session a little easier. I hate eye contact
