It depends. What do you expect? Do you post there smth you want your T to read? It's better say it out loud.
Of course you can send the link. But I doubt your T will read everything. I also doubt your t will like/retweet your posts, because it looks like breaking the boundaries for me.

So the main question is - what do you expect?
