Our purpose, here on PC, is to support one another (as individuals who have mental health concerns) as well as to share information & experiences. So, at least from my perspective, I think your questions are not ones that are appropriate to the purpose of the PsychCentral website. Perhaps other members may feel differently & wish to reply.
