Well you could always wear stuff like smokey quartz which is said to block negative energies in your pocket or as a pendant around your neck then once a week to clear away the build up wash it under cold water the stone that is then ask or bless it silent to yourself if people are around I"I ask for those of light and love to be around me and rest to be absorbed and not hurt me!" Or "arch angels to protect me and guide me in less negative in my life!" I actually wear a smokey quartz pendant myself I usually say something along the lines of both of them but ask " that the universe protects and guides me and that this smokey quartz repels those not of light or love, I bless thee"
