I work in the insurance industry (property and casualty) but I feel like an idiot when it comes to health insurance. The insurance and the pharmaceutical companies care about the dollar signs and nothing about the human element. I resent paying all of these out of pocket healthcare costs when I already have insurance. The system should be way easier to navigate so that people can actually be informed and make the right decisions for themselves.
