when in extreme anxiety I have inquisitor inside me judging every bit of my life. If Im out everyone is staring at me and I feel as if Im walking clumsy and dont know where Im going.
In more calmer situations there is a female voice inside me that always observes everything, but is not intrusive. Only intense as I want it to be.
