Mental health diagnosis is a job for mental health professionals. And the reality is that they often don't agree with regard to a particular person's diagnosis. So I personally feel it's a slippery slope when non-professionals try to diagnose another person... or themselves either for that matter. It can become sort-of like when medical students become convinced they have every malady they happen to be studying about.
Anyway, I'm sorry you're not recovering well.  Hopefully being here on PC can be of some comfort & support. I wish you well...
