I'm glad you got sleep...it's so important right now. More than 1 drink nightly will have negative effects on your quality of sleep. Even if you think you sleep well after drinking, it likely isn't of good quality and that will really impact the upswing. Can you describe what symptoms you are experiencing which lead you to conclude you are manic? If it's too personal, I understand. I'm glad you have a plan to stay busy in productive ways.
