I'm the same way you not only feel it you express it to those around you I can't help myself I learned this it's very hard to break free of. Do you ever walk into a room and you feel like everyone is bummed out just because you are there now. It will cause a lot of the symptoms you describe. I think you have been emotionally abused by other people.
