I can so relate to this. I have found that in order to keep myself feeling safe, I need to pay very close attention to how I word things so that someone doesn't move my thread. When they do, I go into the edit feature and delete it myself. I realize that this is not always possible - my ability to edit sometimes gets timed out - but I try.


I'm so very sorry it is triggering to you - it has the same effect on me when it happens to me.


What I have been told in the past that they believed that my thread would get more responses in the 'appropriate' forum. I've heard other reasons too - but this is the most common reason I've been given. The issue of quality (for me) over quality wasn't taken into consideration.
