You sound like a hypochondriac, with possible OCD symptoms. I'm not a doctor, but I say this from experience. I worry constantly about changes in my body. Are you seeing a psychiatrist? Does he/she know about this? Make sure you tell your doctor about these symptoms. There are medications that can help with the anxiety and possible obsessions. Also, are you doing any compulsive things to try to alleviate the anxiety? In CBT (cognitive behavior therapy) for OCD, you would learn to stop doing your compulsions. It will be hard, but your obsessions will lessen over time. That helps control them.
Again, I am not a doctor, but I am just sharing my personal experience and what I know from reading your post. I wish you well.
