Breakfast: oatmeal with strawberries, banana slices, and pecans; half slice of ham
Lunch: PB&J
Dinner: Turkey Sausage Soup with Fresh Vegetables It's a lot of food, but at least I'll have some healthy leftovers.

Blood sugar is back to normal, thankfully.
