Hi Melmo, I can relate to your struggle. Just taking care of the little ones can be overwhelming by itself. Keep making with the list though....its good to see it and get to it if and when you can, if not there's always tomorrow

. How many things are on it? I've heard it said we can put 15 things on a list and we're lucky to get to 3....and that's for a so called "normal" brain. And if you can't...so what...at least you're stepping in the right direction. Cut yourself some slack, you're doing what you can. Little steps....you're making the list. Keep it up!
