Happy birthday to me 🎂🎂🎂 I honestly didn't think I'd live to see #43.

If you had asked me 6 months where I'd be today I probably would have said 'I'll be dead by then'. I still battle most days with those negative thoughts, but thanks to a great care team and the support of family and friends, I always seem to pull through. It sucks that I'll be alone, yet again, but I think I'm used to it by now.
