Well I just emailed to her to cancel tomorrows appointment and give me time to re-group, been in a melt down since Saturday. I wonder if it had anything to do with the steroid injection I got Thursday? Probably not. Just a lot going on with sickness in the family, this dang Home Owners Assoc., and therapy requirements.
Wow, just Googled Steroid injections and mental health and one article had the word "melt down" so I read it. Seems there is some correlation between those injections and depression/anxiety. Would have been nice to know before hand. https://healthunlocked.com/pmrgcauk/...l-side-effects
