I am scared at night. I have not been able to breathe properly through my nose and have extremely dry mouth where it is even difficult to swallow at times when I try to swish water around in my mouth. Plus meds make me dizzy at night, so I don't like getting up at night...I'll have to keep 2 water bottles by me. I have no clue if it's the dry heat in my room, sinus problems, or the meds since it's only at night lately.

I think, "Oh no, I am going to die," then my heart beats fast. If this continues any more, I will make an appointment with the Ear Nose Throat doc. I also hope it's not the meds, because I am finally on the right doses as far as reducing psychiatric symptoms to a point.
