I had a smoothie last night for dinner. I'm trying to make it where my largest meal is lunch rather than dinner. Especially since I tend to eat late. I was surprisingly satisfied and was successful in fighting the urge in grabbing something sweet to eat. It was already late and I was actually full. It's all mind over matter. I'm just in the stage of retraining myself to not pig out on every meal. And when I do snack, it's on fruit instead of sweets. So far so good.
