Since you're more unwell than a lot of others, you will probably get more attention and treatment. It's the hospital's job to handle urgent cases more promptly and with more seriousness.

I don't think you'll be an outcast. People go to hospital because they're struggling with health problems. Hospital staff and other patients are not expecting to see people who look and feel great. People who go to hospital aren't looking or feeling great either, and they're probably too preoccupied with their pain and getting better to judge other patients.
