Maybe....but maybe you're doing it so that drivers will smile. Or kids can knock it down. Or a gazillion reasons that could be anyone's guess.
To be honest and we can take a poll here, I would think that you were someone who finds happiness in simple pleasures. And I would (and HAVE, in the past) smile at the thought.
