It depends on state laws, licencing boards, etc. what exactly must be reported and how it is all worded and enforced so look it up online through your state health/mental health site, or the licensing board for your T/PDoc in your state.

I would ask my T about it and about their "take" on when they would disclose and to whom and why, etc. as that is what it boils down to, their judgment.
