Thank you, all. Yes, the 15 minute timer thing totally helped. And also, it's the first thing I do when I get home from work. I just immediately pick a chore to do and do it before I can question my.motivation or anything. I have also been trying to.make sure that stuff actually goes into the trash (makes a big difference) and clothes go into the hamper (another huge difference). Sometimes little efforts make a big difference apparently.
