Anti-psychotics help calm hypomania down and let you sleep better. Do you have any? It is also good that you are aware you are heading that way as you can stop it before it gets out of control. Exercise, good diet, keeping a good sleep routine (laying in bed even if you can't sleep for the same time each night) and doing deep breathing and calming exercises like laying down in a dark room for a while during the day to slow you down. It is also good to be mindful of behaviours that may be harmful to you, like overspending or acting oddly around people who don't know and accept you well. And of course contact your T and/or pdoc to let them know what is happening so they can support you in stabilising. I wish you all the best.
