My morning routine is and always has been awful. I get up for work about 15 minutes before I have to leave and literally hurry to get ready and run out the door, never time for breakfast or coffee so I end up grabbing unhealthy food on the way.
My housemate noticed and said to me "God I don't know how you do that, I get up early and make coffee and take my time getting ready and lounge around, I couldn't imagine rushing the way you do every day." And I just loved the idea of being able to have a nice relaxed morning every day!
I've tried before to get up earlier so I can have breakfast and start my day off well, but I really struggle so much! Anyone have any tips?
