Which would be a better medication to turn to: Lithium or Risperdal? Or should I
consider Pristiq?

I'm currently on Effexor XR 150 mg once daily and Seroquel 300 mg twice daily.

Last week, I called my psychiatrist's office and he was out but I told his receptionist that I've been feeling incredibly depressed the past two weeks and told her that one of my meds must've stopped working. I think the Effexor XR stopped working.
