Does anyone find that anger is associated with their anxiety?
Because sometimes i feel like i sometimes get angry or frustrated and then i get so worked up that i almost forget why i'm angry, and then internalize it so that it becomes anxiety.
Like i'll be on campus, and its cold, and i'm waiting for the bus but its late. and then when it gets there someone will cut in front of me or something while getting on the bus. Then once i'm on the bus I get frustrated about it, and then just want to get off and get home so badly. and then when i get home it takes a long time for me to calm myself down enough to realise that i'd just gotten upset for nothing.
Anyone? Or is this just a weird occurance?
