I see you are from Brazil. So I can't really comment on how to get meds. Over here if you need meds, you get them.
The question about learning in therapy, that's a personal thing. I've certainly learnt a lot. But not in the way pyschobabble describes what one shoukd achieve and how it should be achieved.
Is true, therapy isn't for Everyone, for many reasons. That again I can't comment on.
It works just fine for me.
