1. This morning I was grateful to be physically capable of getting myself out of bed.
2. Music. I was grateful for the freedom and technology to choose the music I want to listen to, anytime I like. I mean, I wake up with a song in mind, *ANY song*, just select it in a streaming app, then BOOM, I can have that music in my life at that very moment in a powerful and mood-affecting way! How cool is that, right?
3. I'm new to PsychCentral forums and grateful to be able to connect this way with the voices of others who have mental health struggles.
