I freak out whenever my arm falls asleep or starts getting tingly. I'm always asleep when my arms fall asleep and usually what happens is that it happens several days in a row and then it doesn't happen again. And then in the daytime my arms will start tingling randomly, usually when I'm on my laptop (when my nerves get pinched) or when I'm driving or sometimes when I smoke. But for whatever reason it scares the crap out of me when this happens. I really hate the feeling and I feel like there's something wrong with my health when this happens, like I get worried it means something bad is going to happen like a stroke or heart attack, which yes, I'm only 24 but being a smoker there's a possibility it could happen at a young age due to the smoking. I don't get why this bothers me so much. When I was little it happened all the time and I always found it funny to flop my dead arms around or occasionally when I'm a sleep I've accidentally slapped myself in the face (which hurt, lol). Don't really expect responses but I just needed to type it out. To throw in a question to not completely waste your time reading this, should I worry when my arm falls asleep or get tingly, and does any of you hate this too?
