I managed to lose 4 pounds this week, but I had gained three, so it's a net loss of one pound. Still good though. If I lose another pound in the week coming up I will have lost 20 pounds! That's amazing, especially with my hormone issues. I'm getting blood work done soon so I'm hoping to be out of the prediabetic range.
