Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, sausage, and toast
Lunch: two hot dogs on multigrain bread (no buns)
Dinner:
Lasagna Deliziosa
(a small piece)
Blood sugar is good, but now I'm craving carbs (especially sugars). Not very happy about that.
