I sometimes find that I get angry with my anxiety and then it becomes a vicious cycle that goes from anger to anxiety to more anger to more anxiety. Phewwww....boy it becomes very exhausting!

For me, concentrating on my breathing seems to help. It brings me back to the moment and I'm able to process what made me anxious then angry and it's easier for me to let it go at that point. I've also found that the more tired I am, the worse this happens to me. So I really have to work on getting enough sleep every night. That's not always easy to do unfortunately.
