In the last week I have been snacking on potato chips and drinking too much beer. Besides that my meals have been healthy and I have exercised 3 times (2 swims and one long, fast walk), plus being very active around my flat cleaning and organising. So far my weight is the same, or maybe two pounds up at the most. Going to try to stop the snacks and cut back on beer. Been mixed or hypo so its been difficult to control myself. Increased Abilify so far doesn't seem to have effected my weight. Fingers crossed.
