20mg now and has been for about two weeks though I cheated on the weekend and only took 10mg. I was feeling great and felt I didn't need so much. Today I am more agitated and feel a bit 'off' so I should probably go back up to 20mg. Have only been on Abilify for three weeks now. Started at 10mg. It has seemed to help as I was descending into a bad mixed episode but that seems to have lifted, and the hallucinations have gone. My pdoc told me it is weight neutral for most people so I am hoping I am one of those people. So far, so good. In three weeks Zyprexa had me put on almost 10 pounds so Abilify seems like a winner.
