No wonder you are anxious. That will be really tough without your husband and not being able to drive. Are the school and shops close by? What is your plan on managing the month. Maybe if you have a firm plan in place the anxiety will calm down a bit. From what I recall you are without a therapist or psychiatrist? It sounds like you need some extra support to get you through this. Is is possible at all to see a T at least? Someone to help you with coping skills etc. You are welcome to post on here if that helps but I think professional support would be the most beneficial.
It must be so tough being alone and away from your family. Do you video chat to them much? It might help bridge the gap for you. Hang in there. You will get through this.
