Oh, I live there! Whenever I get angry about something "unreasonable" or in a way that is unreasonable (road rage) I have pretty much trained myself to stop and look at what's going on in me to see what I'm anxious about. Usually there's something scary where I'm helpless (loved one sick, someone going away, etc.) and I need to go look at/be with that problem for awhile so I get my feelings where they "belong".
