There are people that are experts on space sciences. There are people that are experts on Middle Ages. But nobody is an expert on people's worth, or on you. You are the only expert on yourself, please remember that. And I am not saying that other people's points of view cannot contribute to your self-awareness. I am not saying that you (or anybody here) know everything about yourself (Or one self). But in that regard, the only person that can really tell if you are worthy the effort is you. And you are the one making most of the effort for your improvement. And you are the one who suffer the most if you do not improve. All this that happens to you is yours, not theirs. What they say or think it does not matter much at the end of the day.
