It is for me anyway, to just say everythings ok out of habit but most of the times I say it without meaning it. I wish sometimes I had the courage to say i'm a bit low right now,i've tried it several times before but the response is usually that they could care less.Sometimes although someone who really cared would say why? that's on a good day!!
