I think you need to make an appointment with a therapist ASAP and discuss it. It sounds like OCD, but you need a diagnosis and plan of action from a doctor. In the meantime, you can study mindfulness techniques, meditate, and maybe get some supplements from GNC or a Whole Foods store (I use them instead of medication). Google "OCD supplements," and it will provide a list of them that will take the physical edge off, which is half of your problem. It makes tackling the other half of the problem a lot easier.

You are still very young, so I think this disorder will be a lot easier to correct, especially since your brain is still growing. Avoid recreational drugs, because they do damage to the developing brain. I wish I had someone tell me that.
